After sales service

Our objective: 100% customers pleased with NIDEK services!

Pratically, a whole team is involved to support you during the whole lifespan of your NIDEK equipments:

  • 25 travelling technicians to help you when you install your equipment and to repair them.
  • 10 sedentary technical experts are listening to you, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm (tel N°: 0 820 200 998).
  • And, of course, our skilled technical sales managers are always available to provide an additional training or a 1st level quick intervention.


 For all other cases, a technical expertise group, including 10 technicians, located in Creteil, and about 25 experienced travelling technicians, all over the French territory, are in charge of our After Sales Service:

    • Equipments are guaranteed for minimum 24 months (parts, labour and travels) starting from the invoicing date.
    • A quotation is sent, free of charge, prior to any repairing, stating the lead times and the cost of the intervention.
    • Similar equipment is lent in case the equipment has to be sent back to our workshop.
    • Application softwares and users’ training are updated.
