Chaque ann\u00e9e, nous calculons et d\u00e9clarons notre Index \u00c9galit\u00e9 Femmes-Hommes, un indicateur cl\u00e9 permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer nos avanc\u00e9es et d\u2019identifier les axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour une plus grande \u00e9quit\u00e9 au sein de notre entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024, Nidek SA obtient un score de <strong>87\/100<\/strong>, marquant ainsi une progression de <strong>2 points<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
