NIDEK plotters are specially designed to ensure a 100%-accurate transcription of the frame. The mechanical system of the plotters moves along 4 axes, thus ensuring a low pressure on the frame and a strict respect of dimensions. Both stylus inclination and shape allow performing the binocular tracing of the most curved frames, and measuring the frame deviation, these functions being essential to center the glasses.
Because it is flexible, our tracing offer, whatever it is independent or integrated to a blocker, can adapt to all workshop configurations, for the smallest or the largest laboratories. The plotters are interconnected with all the other NIDEK blockers.
A plotter is a major element to ensure the productivity of the assembly chain. As it is simple to use, all the opticians, whatever they are novice or expert can rely on this essential tool. NIDEK plotters are reference for remote trimming and are compatible with all glassmakers’ products.
The plotter LETR-3 is a 3D plotter that integrates the edgers of the LEXCE Trend range. Its vertical design is unique, and it has a small footprint, thanks to its positioning on the edger.
Plotting is an essential step to adapt glasses. So, our tracing solutions are more and more adaptable. The tracing mechanism and the unique shape of the NIDEK plotter stylus make possible reducing the pressure applied to the frame to a minimum. During the tracing, there is no warping and the accuracy is extreme. Our plotters are compatible with all glassmakers’ products, so remote trimming is completely independent.
