NAVIS-EX is an imaging and patient management software platform designed to analyse and process imaging data collected by NIDEK devices.
It can control the entire database of patients examined by NIDEK products, it can exchange information with external job softwares and it proposes many analysis tools.

La plateforme logicielle NAVIS-EX centralise toutes les données des appareils NIDEK de diagnostic et gère les acquisitions des produits d’imagerie et d’analyse fonctionnelle : plateforme d’imagerie multimodale de la rétine en grand champ, le Mirante, les OCT et les micropérimètres.
Pour chaque patient, l’ensemble de ses données sont réunies en un seul dossier pour une consultation complète avec tous les viewers adaptés à chaque modalité.
Pour compléter les informations, il est aussi possible d’insérer des fichiers .jpg ou .bmp dans la fiche patient.
For the NIDEK AL-SCAN (optical biometer) and NIDEK CEM-530 (specular microscope) devices, the readings and the results can be read from the NAVIS-EX platform, using specific viewer softwares. For instance the viewer AL-SCAN makes possible calculating again the power of the implant and the viewer CEM-530 allows a following-up of the counting of endothelium cells over time.
The NAVIS-EX so perfectly integrates to all consultation organisations:
The NAVIS-EX software is user-friendlier and directly exchanges information with office EMR job softwares. So, creating the patient sheets is easier, as information and images are directly pasted. The examination reports are sent to the job softwares to be archived in the patient folder.
Each re-reading station is dynamic as all the features are similar to those of the initial software, without any restriction. Therefore, live or late consultation of a patient folder and of its modifications is possible. This consultation can be performed on site or from a remote station equipped like the doctor’s station.
